It starts at 10:30am with a stable yard tour and breakfast feeding the heavy horses, learning more about each character.
Remember, horses are expensive and this working farm doubles up as a rescue centre, so your support in visiting will be most appreciated.
Throughout the day is the Heavy horse harness display, carriage rides, tractor and trailer rides and learning about the personality and breed of each horse, their role in history, and working with these incredibly powerful animals.
The educational talks are excellent and you can really see the love and passion that goes into looking after these wonderful animals.
The farm also has donkeys, alpacas, turkeys, chickens, rabbits, ducks, pigs, and can enjoy feeding and meeting them and seeing the blacksmith displays, petting zoo & vintage trucks.
As one of the last conservation Heavy Horse Centres left in the UK, your admission helps towards the conservation of the rare breed heavy horses.
