Snowtrax Alpine Activity Centre is 2 minutes away from Summerbreeze Orchard, in the car on Matchams Lane, Dorset, BH23 6AW.

This dry slope is excellent for the whole family, both skiing and Snowboarding. My son and daughters enjoy the woodland at the bottom with a life-sized pirate ship, zip wire, forts, trampolines, swings, and adventure trails. Snowtrax also has the ringo ride and ski-bob.

Snowtrax also has a Ski and Snowboard School with professional instructors who are passionate about the sport and cater to all ages. Children can join in their Alpine Stars for skiing or Junior Boarder for snowboarding programs which run on a Saturday and Sunday from the age of 2 and 4 respectively. Adults are also catered for through private and group lessons available at convenient times during the week and weekends.

It’s good for a unique children’s birthday party, with the Ringo and Alpine Adventure Park including party food.

I also think it’s a nice place to go for an evening cider or pint of beer. The Alpine Pub.

For Ski lessons or Snowboarding, it’s a good idea to wear long sleeves, gloves, long trousers, and old clothes in case you fall over.
